Lilly manages all social media accounts at Higher Yields Consulting (HYC). She ensures that HYC’s mission, agenda and activities are portrayed across all social forums. Lilly provides creative design input and responds to consumer and client comments and questions in a timely manner. She ensures engagement, positive social management, brand connection and public image though social media correspondences, interactions, postings and internal collaboration. She creates content and ensures cohesive and updated information is provided at all times. Lilly also analyses the data obtained from social media accounts to help predict trends within the cannabis market. Lilly provides accounting, bookkeeping and payroll support for HYC.
Social media managers wear a number of different hats and sometimes all at once. They demand an extensive skill set and require flexibility and fluidity to provide, prioritize and manage all needs. Lilly has extensive experience in mastering social media and social service skills. Lilly acted as a social media manager in the real estate business. Here, she maintained social media accounts, garnered leads and created consumer connections. She ensured that customer relationship management (CRM) records were maintained and recorded. Lilly provided technical support to ensure that realtors and their clients understood the CRM process and how it impacted success for all involved. She provided consumer service and safety support with the City of Aurora and Lifetime Fitness. She provided supervisory services with Apple. In these roles, she helped consumers find cost effective and feasible solutions to concerns and problems. She enhanced communication skills by clarifying concerns and providing rapid resolution response. She created trust and rapport with these clients and adapted her skills to meet their needs, no matter who they were or what they needed. Lilly also prepared product and service reports and analyzed data.
Working with people and on social media accounts ensures that a person never stops learning or adapting. Lily enjoys having a full spectrum of opportunities to learn from and is happiest when she is busy. She finds opportunity in all experiences and uses the process to help refine and develop new skills to propel herself and HYC forward. Lilly does not necessarily view herself as a jack of all trades, but as a person who has an opportunity to learn something new and apply those skills either immediately or to tuck it away for future use. She finds value in opportunities to practice and refine these skills. Lilly works to create positivity and motivation in all her interactions.
Lilly is excited to help the cannabis market grow and expand. With a degree in environmental science (including an educational background in biomedical, cellular and molecular biology), she has in invested interest in hemp energy and renewable resources. With a personal and professional interest in the outdoors, Lilly finds pure joy in activities that are held outside. Lilly is looking forward to progressive growth with HYC.
