John dedicates his skillset to achievements that have developed over time and experience. At fifteen, John established a landscaping company and was self-employed. However, he was met with one barrier that impeded his success. John could not legally drive to travel to jobs to meet the expanding popularity of his business. This required John to learn the art of negotiation, contracting, staffing and recruiting to create a profitable business. At eighteen, John dove into the design, build and development business with his father. During this time, John was a major player in developing Denver’s River North, now called RiNo as well as lower downtown Denver, referred to as LoDo today. In 2011, John merged his design, build, and development experience with real estate. 

These experiences helped John attain several accolades and certifications over his twenty years in the business of design build and real estate. John is the recipient of the 2011 Rookie of the Year and Top Producer for Great Way Real Estate from 2013-2018. John is a two-time nominee for the 5280 Denver Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent Award, based upon exceptional service and overall satisfaction of clients, peers and industry experts. Additionally, John has direct experience with Denver’s Designated Consumption Area (DCA) Permit. The DCA is a regulatory statute and major player in the cannabis real estate industry that requires John’s expertise. John is also a Residential Military Specialist (RMS) which provides active duty service members, veterans and their families with real estate services that cater to their unique needs. 

One of John’s missions as the President is to chip away at negative stigmas that surround the cannabis industry. It is his wish to increase society’s acceptance of the legalized cannabis industry to allow for increased economic and entrepreneurial growth. John also believes in quality of life and recognizes the benefits that the cannabis industry can provide for a multitude of diseases and diagnosis. John believes that people should not feel ashamed when talking about legally using cannabis for fear of retribution. He is hopeful that he will be able to contribute to changing the current perception of the legalized cannabis industry. 

While John is dedicated to his career, he is also a firm believer in being present for his family to ensure his (and their) well-being. He adores his wife and two daughters (who also contribute to his negotiation skills) and loves to travel around the world with them. John also enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross! 

John has over twenty years of experience in the real estate business but has been intrinsically motivated to succeed from an early age. He has built upon his experiences to yield higher and higher expectations and successes.
