Jesse C. Larson
Director of Design Build

Jesse C. Larson is responsible for Design Build Project Management, as well as compliance and security services at Higher Yields. He provides a client centered security approach to ensure that security processes, mandates and client needs are harmonized and delivered. Jesse enjoys collaborating with the client and providing his expertise to ensure that the most suitable security system is chosen, or tailor made. He provides proactive support, analyzes security trends, and recommends changes to maintain compliance. Jesse will work with the client to ensure that security needs are attained with responsible economic collaboration. Jesse also provides support in operating procedures at HYC. His aim is to achieve efficiency, quality output and high yielding performance through organization and contributions to standard operating procedures (SOP) developed within the organization. Jesse also lends international support in HYC’s global movement initiative.
Jesse began his career in security with the United States Army, serving for four years. His main responsibility was to protect the highest command military officials as a Personal Security Detachment (PSD) leader. He learned the importance of security and the skills necessary to provide it, even in the most dangerous and volatile situations. Jesse learned that organization, planning, collaboration and preemptive thinking were instrumental in maintaining safety for military defense. These experiences enhanced creative and immediate problem solving and communication skills. Jesse’s experiences continue to guide him in ensuring security success in any situation for HYC and their clients. Jesse thrives on developing solutions to complex problems. Jesse demonstrated this skill set through his work within the E-Cigarette business. Here, Jesse analyzed the company’s current SOPs to determine trends of inefficacy. He was able to tailor create protocols and initiate changes to staffing and inventory. The company noted an improvement with proper staffing strategies by reducing overhead costs, employee stress and turnover. Jesse also worked to develop effective inventory management procedures. Jesse provided solutions to always ensure stock availability, yielding product, productivity, and profit. He strives to provide competencies and believes in ensuring that expectations and standards are maintained through certifications and education. Jesse received his formal education through The University of Colorado Denver’s Business School. He has instruction in ISO compliance and OSHA compliance security training. Jesse is looking forward to continuing to add to this knowledge base through experience, hard work, dedication and continued educational opportunities.
Jesse is a hard and dedicated worker with a strong work ethic. However, he is learning that balance must exist. Jesse finds that he has a green thumb and is becoming an avid gardener. He is especially adept at making pickles, much to his sister’s envy. Jesse enjoys completing home improvement projects. He is also a recreational ax thrower, which comes in handy for those less than desirable home improvement projects – then, it’s ax practice! Jesse is looking forward to keeping on target with HYC.
